HAPPY FEAST OF ST. PATRICK
Prayer of St. Patrick
(St. Patrick's Breastplate)
At Mass today Father Michael read a part of the prayer of St. Patrick and I was quite taken by the powerful words prayed by this beautiful patron saint of Ireland and just had to write them down, as they felt like my soul expressing it's love for my sweet Jesus Christ
I feel so spoiled that for whatever reason, this morning, on this Feast of St. Patrick, I was gifted a beautiful bequest from my Father, as He saw fit, so that now I have been called to make this a part of my daily offering
I arise today, through
Christ with me,
Christ before me,
Christ behind me,
Christ in me,
Christ beneath me,
Christ above me,
Christ on my right,
Christ on my left,
Christ when I lie down,
Christ when I sit down,
Christ when I arise,
Christ in the heart of every man who thinks of me,
Christ in the mouth of everyone who speaks of me,
Christ in every eye that sees me,
Christ in every ear that hears me.

I am NOT Irish.....(well, I was named in honor of Kerry, Ireland, so there must be at least a little Irish blood flowing through my veins)

I was the only one in my family actually wearing green today

I don't know why people do that....but today it definitely worked in my favor with my hunky husband
MORE AFTERNOON FUN
Jen would never let me down on such an important feast day as she came over with green adorning her person
AS NICHOLAS SURPRISED ME BY PUTTING TOGETHER MY NEW DOUBLE JOGGER FOR OUR SPRING BREAK TRIP
ISAAC AND I WERE LAUGHING AND PLAYING AROUND IN THE DRIVE WAY.
IT WAS TRULY A BEAUTIFUL AND JOYFUL DAY

(I just learned that term at Gracie Ann's opthomology appointment last week and thought that it was the cutest ever)
I just love playing with this litttle guy......he is always smiling and trying to make me laugh
Precious little ones truly bring a joy like no other
Isaac got his hand STUCK in the grate of our french drain trying to dig out a pretzel that he threw into it. I just had to take a picture.......as he just looked so cute!! Little boys are so funny with all of their precious shenanigans!

These amazing men and women, who inspire us and show us how to honor and follow You more intimately.
These joyous Feast days that You have gifted us with, shower us with inspiration, self reaization, and special time with family and friends
Jesus, thank You for loving us so much and giving Your children lots of opportunties to celebrate!
