MOVING MADISON TO TEXAS A&M

MOVING OUR PRECIOUS MADISON TO
COLLEGE

We dropped our oldest baby off at Texas A&M this weekend.....she’s our first little chick to leave the nest... oh Jesus, we have fervently prayed about this and feel confident that this is where you want our Madi to be....but please oh please comfort my fragile “mommy’s heart”

THE DRIVE

ALMOST THERE....MY HEART WAS RACING WITH ANTICIPATION
WE ARE EXITING HWY 6.....
THIS IS NOT A DRILL PEOPLE
Praying that my Dear Lord Jesus will calm my heart.....as I am mostly afraid of how my heart is going to take this
Jesus, I Trust in You

HER APARTMENT LOBBY

One of many loads to be taken upstairs to Madison new home....away from home in Aggieland
Madison unlocking her door for the first time
Her room is pretty and bright but very empty....but not for long.

Madison's view from her apartment window
Another beautiful view from her window, of her pool......an outdoor oasis to be enjoyed with her friends.....in between studying of course

SPECIAL GIFT FROM JESUS TO A FRAGILE MOMMY
Moving in took all day long...so Jeremy Isaac Nicholas and Savannah stayed at a hotel, BUT Madison and i were incredibly blessed with a mom/daughter sleepover for her first night.
After months of shopping and praying to pick the right decor to make this room feel like home....it's finished!
MADISON IS SO EXCITED ABOUT HER NEW PLACE

A FEW MORE ROOM PICS

It feels good to be settled in....this will be a wonderful blessing for Madison.  She will be happy and safe here....she's already met so many nice friends and even has rekindled old relationships with friends from St. Elizabeth who she played with when she was little.  For being such a huge school, it has such a small friendly and family feel.  Praise You Jesus for guiding Madison to A&M

TIME FOR GOODBYES
After attending Holy Mass at St. Mary's (right across from her apartment) and going out for a family dinner, we had to say goodbye......we didn't even know how to say it....it was so new and nerving
 Isaac was crying
Savannah and Madison saying goodbye to years of sisterhood that will still remain, but will not be like it was in the same house together
Madison and Nicholas saying goodbye to their days and nights spent together hanging out like only a brother and sister can do
All of the kids together (i just know that our precious Gracie Ann was looking down upon us as our sad hearts spent the last couple of minutes with Madison).
Sibling goodbye kisses, while laughing
Daddy trying to keep his composure while he says goodbye to his little girl...BTW...he did NOT keep his composure.....but what daddy could?
Madison and my final hug goodbye...i have been tearfully anticipating this moment for a LONG time...there is not much more that I can say to describe this moment....As I held tight only my first born.....my little Madison, Jesus held tight onto my heart, keeping it from braking as I had to let go
Our first little baby girl is all grown up

We are so happy that she is officially an Aggie now!! She loves it there so much
Thank you Jesus for guiding our decisions and leading us exactly to where you want her to be. I love you with all of my heart, my Dearest Lord God Almighty...You are my everything because without You, Lord I am nothing. I am Yours and so is my sweet baby girl, Madison. Thank You for that
Love
