Look at this beautiful sun that we had on Holy Saturday (the Saturday before Easter Sunday) at the lake! It was truly a miraculous sight!

The kids spotted it and showed it to Jeremy and I. I have never seen a sun like this one! They asked if it was because of Easter Weekend......OF COURSE IT WAS! How big our Lord is! He is the Creator of all things. He controls all things. He commands the Heavens and the earth! Everything that He does is perfect and for the greater good of our souls. He loves us so much! Everything that we see has a special purpose in His holy plan!
It is so easy to overlook His power in our world. We assume that what we see is all that is there. It is our human-ness that continually dismisses His greatness with worldly explanations (strange coincidence, mother nature, science)
As on the road to Emmaus, His own disciples did not recognize Him after His Resurrection...Ashamed, they asked themselves...."Were not our hearts burning within us while
He was speaking to us on the road, while He was explaining the
Scriptures to us?" (Luke 24:32)
Everything is because of Him! He is everywhere and can be seen in everything He created and in every person He created! He is an Awesome God!
Thank you Lord for making your holy Face known to us.....help us to recognize You in all things. Thank You for this beautiful Sunshine that expressed Your true Glory!!
