ONE FUN FRIDAY

BED HEAD IN THE MORNING.....AND DRAGGING OUR BLANKIE AROUND
By the way, I LOVE baby-bedhead...and how he tiredly holds his blankie as he slowly wakes up

He's officially awake now....no more tired! Isaac wants to play!

WE MET OUR FRIENDS AT THE PARK TODAY
(Total last minute)

THIS WAS ISAAC'S FIRST PARK VISIT.....BEING OLD ENOUGH TO REALLY PLAY, THAT IS
It was a really beautiful park in Colleyville.  It had a water play area and all kinds of swings and slides!  Isaac loved it!  He couldn't decide what to do first
Nicholas is such a sweet big brother...he showed Isaac around and took him over to the water play area to "cool off"
My little boys LOVED getting wet in their clothes

Isaac apparently had A LOT of fun and was totally asleep before we left the parking lot of the park

DINNER DATE WITH MY KIDS
After a short rest and some more afternoon hanging out with friends, we went out to dinner (Daddy wasn't going to be home for dinner tonight, so it was just the five of us on our own)
Love these special little ones
 Isaac eating chips
 AND Maraschino Cherries

ISAAC FED HIMSELF MAC N CHEESE FOR THE FIRST TIME TONIGHT
HE USED A SPOON.....NOT VERY WELL, BUT HE DID IT!!
I would help him load the spoon and then he would take it and dump most of it on his lap.....Isaac would then try and scoop the mac n cheese that had  fallen on his lap, spilling the rest of the noodles off of the spoon!  It was QUITE a mess but VERY cute, indeed!
I cannot believe that he is so big now.  Isaac has a long road ahead before he will have truly mastered the spoon, but tonight was a GREAT start!  Love you little guy!
Look at those CHEESY fingers!

Thank you, Jesus for special days that are filled with little "happies" which cause these days to stand out special  from other days.  We never know what You have in store for us.  I never even planned an outing for today....You just showered us with this amazingly fun summer day.  You created so many smiles today......like You always do!  I love you, Father
