I snuck over to Tom Thumb today to pick up some ingredients for dinner, after dropping Nicholas off.
I cannot remember the last time I was in the grocery store (and I wasn't sure if I should even go inside)......
But it was pure joy!

This is me sneaking around the store filling my cart with WAY MORE, than the three things I "ran in" for......Just like old times!!
And I even forgot to get one of the three things that I came for, but still managed to come home with more than twenty items!
This is me....Trying to take a selfie without anyone noticing, because I feel really stupid taking a selfie in the grocery store, but I really wanted to preserve this memory
My day had already started out amazing, and then I walked into my favorite grocery store (my old daily stop)
AND I ALMOST FORGOT TO TELL YOU THE BEST PART....
I walked into the store, only to be greeted by beautiful bouquets of flowers in honor of this beautiful Feast Day!!

(I bought two bouquets and was able to bless two of my dear friends with a Feast day treat)
The absolute amazing miracles surrounding this blessed day are countless and unbelievable, but totally believable because our God is amazing!
MY INCREDIBLE DAY DID NOT END THERE
I was blessed enough to be able to take Gracie Ann for a walk on this most beautiful crisp fall day!
It was a little chilly and sunny for her so I had to bundle her tightly and cover her eyes
My neighbor and amazing friend Jen and I have talked about walking for a while now and our Lord finally decided that today was the day that we would do a true "mom walk" around our neighborhood!
For so long I would see moms walking in the mornings from my front windows and because Jesus is so gentle with me, it never made me feel "SAD" but way down deep inside I always loved the idea of morning walks with friends, and longed to take one myself sometime
But again, Jesus is such a gentle Father, that He my protected my heart from ever truly hurting about it
ANYWAY
JEN AND I DID IT!
Thank you Jen, for always taking time out for me and for caring about me so much! I am so blessed to not only have you as my friend, but also as my neighbor!
Me, Jen, and my other neighbor Jenny....Such sweet ladies that I have the privilege to be friends with
This is me just being stupid with excitement in preparation to leave...testing out the selfie lighting with the sun
(we couldn't decide whether to face the sun or have the sun behind us....we are so old)
It was just as I had imagined it would be.....we walked and talked and laughed and talked and laughed and talked and talked a little more
Isaac saw me walking up the street on my way home and met me to help walk Gracie Ann's stroller back home!
What a great day
